I've ordered from them a few times. The last time, the product showed up broken. I tried calling the number provided. I was on hold for 30+ minutes then left a message with the promise they would return my call within 48 hours. Didn't happen. Won't purchase from them again.

Update! They called back after 3 days and shipped a brand new product to replace the broken one. Didn't even ask me to return it. Much happier

Before ordering from this company, I checked out some reviews from consumers- there were a few complaints. Be that as it may, they had an item I really really wanted so I took a chance. I had no issues from this site from the ordering process to the receiving of my item. They offer wedding decor, string lights of all kinds, fabric/silk flowers, candles, etc, apothecary, childrens toys, home and garden decor, etc. I ordered a beautiful ivy garland with lights and a set of mini string lights for decorating my livingroom. Shipping is a little costly but I think it depends on where you live. I don't want to fully endorse this site due to some of the reviews I read but I wanted to tell you of my experience so you had a fair set of reviews to go by. People who receive poor service are generally the only ones who leave a review (with obvious good reason). Those who receive great service rarely review a site sometimes making it difficult to get the whole picture... THANK GOODNESS for sitegrabber huh?
