"Replacement for Damaged Item"
I've made a few purchases from this store. On my most recent order, the item arrived damaged. I attempted to reach out using the contact number given. I was on hold for over half an hour and then left a voicemail, assured that they would get back to me within two days. That didn’t occur. I’m not planning to buy from them again.
Update! After three days, they finally returned my call and sent me a brand new item to swap out for the broken one. They didn’t even ask for the old one back. Feeling much better about it now!

"My Experience Ordering from This Company"
Before I placed my order with this company, I took a look at some customer feedback—there were a handful of complaints. Still, they had something I really wanted, so I decided to give it a shot. I had no problems at all, from the ordering to the delivery of my item. They have a range of products like wedding decorations, all sorts of string lights, fabric and silk flowers, candles, and even children's toys, plus home and garden decor. I got a lovely ivy garland with lights and a set of mini string lights to spruce up my living room. Shipping can be a bit pricey, but I guess it varies based on your location. I’m not ready to fully back this site because of some of the reviews I came across, but I wanted to share my experience so you can have a balanced view. Usually, it’s the folks who have a bad experience that leave reviews (and rightly so). Those who have a good experience often don’t bother to write one, which can make it tough to see the whole story... Thank goodness for sitegrabber, right?
